Trojan Horse Cannabis was the very first hemp-derived Delta-9 THC product on the market. We procured the first legal opinion, made the first gummies, sold to the first distributor and the first retailer, and have been pushing hard to stabilize the category ever since.

Our two primary goals have been:

1. Break the "Corporate Cannabis" takeover and put the plant back into the hands of those passionate about it; and
2. Bring safe, clean, legal cannabis access to every adult in the USA

Trojan Horse Cannabis was named and crafted to solidify our first goal. And while we're still waiting for some federal action (the fight is not over), it is clear that "corporate cannabis" will not succeed in being the sole owners of this plant. i.e., we have officially achieved this goal!

For our second goal, we knew that we needed to reach more folks, and we needed a more positive, uplifting brand. Putting THC in drinks was the obvious solution, and as such, we were the first to put hemp-derived Delta-9 THC into a can!

This new product line, aimed at bringing good vibes and more access, didn't need the "war hardened" brand that Trojan Horse was, so we came up with a new brand: High Spirits (you get high, it brings "high vibes", lifts your spirits, and serves as a spirit-replacement. Lots of tongue in cheek going on here!)

All existing products (including some new ones!) have been rebranded as High Spirits. All of your favorite gummies are still here, just with a different logo! These can be purchased today on our new site here.

Yes, yes we have. Some of that has been due to the complications of changing brands, but some of it has been due to the increased volatility in the regulations and laws nationally. We are currently in stock with MOST items (if not all), and we spent the last 12 months overhauling our supply chain to ensure a consistent stream of products, always available when you need them!

Unfortunately, the old accounts and order history were hosted on WordPress. We had wanted a softer transition to the new site, but we experienced significant complications. During one of our data transfers, we broke the old site in a very permanent way. Sadly, you will need to create a new account, and you may need to verify your age again.

That said, our new site is built on shopify, and it is much more stable, much faster, and even cooler!

Long gone are the days of our old, slow site with constant stock issues, errors, and frustrating user experiences.
