In short, it’s just hemp and it’s under the 0.3% Delta-9 by dry weight limit. (In fact, it is closer to 0.2% Total THC, so we have wiggle room for variances in testing).
Math, really. Take our gummies, for example. They weigh about 5.5 grams. Taking moisture content into consideration (remember, dry weight is what matters), we end up around 4.5 grams. Multiply that by 1,000 to get 4,500 milligrams.
If you multiply 4,500 milligrams by 0.3%, you get 13.5 milligrams.
That means with 5.5 grams gummy, we could actually pack in 13.5 milligrams of THC and still be under the legal limit!
As with all hemp-derived products, there are trace amounts of THC in our products (under 0.3% as per law). “Getting high” is possible if enough is ingested. We recommend following the dosing on the label.

No. All of our distillate is straight from the plant and natural.
Delta-8 THC is a completely different THC compound, and is currently only available through forcing a reaction with CBD. IE, it has to be created in a lab.
Furthermore, the existing processes to create Delta-8 often leave hundreds of unknown isomers/compounds in the final product. This isn’t necessarily dangerous, but we just don’t know what those compounds are or what they do.
